What is OCTANE?
OCTANE Product Design is a newly formed Industrial Design studio located in Grand Rapids, the heart of West Michigan's Design and innovation hub. Grand Rapids was chosen because of its proximity to several major metropolitan areas as well as local organizations including Start Garden, GR Makers, and Grid 70, all of which promote design and innovation in West Michigan.
OCTANE is located within the GR Makers space which provides us unlimited access to a vast array of specialized equipment and a large and growing community of inventors and entrepreneurs.
OCTANE is committed to great product design. Design that exceeds expectations and pushes limits while staying focused the needs of the customer and the client. That's it. Our simple approach allows us to do what we do best. Design.
What can OCTANE do for you?
OCTANE offers a variety of product design services utilizing advanced tools, software, and techniques. We develop concepts using several methods including Ideation Sketching, Digital Modeling, and CAD Rendering. OCTANE also believes strongly in the value of Physical Prototyping and Physical Modeling to solve problems, analyze ergonomics, and evaluate form.
