A full-service product and service design and innovation consultancy, our expertise encompasses research, strategy, design, human factors, user experience, interaction design, mechanical and electrical engineering, and prototyping. We take a multidisciplinary team approach to solving the tough challenges that our clients bring to us. Our clients are part of that multidisciplinary team. We believe collaboration is the best way to achieve grounded, evocative and actionable results.
Refined by over fifty years of experience, more than 400 clients and 2,500 projects, our comprehensive product development process is led by project managers who are also active design, engineering or research practitioners. Through our tested process and the direction of our experienced project managers, we help our clients think bigger and make it happen.
