About Us
Founded in 2013, we are a small strategic design firm based in Taipei, dedicating to product innovation and design entrepreneurship using a new type of Strategic Experience Design methodology.
Experience Design should not be defined as something only considered significant in designing graphical user interfaces. It should be incorporated into design thinking in different levels, scales, and stages - from product, system, service, to enterprise design. We take Experience Design and implement it as an Experience Ecosystem in other industries. Based on this, we try to explore possible new business models or to build entrepreneurial prototypes in different industry in order to intervene its existing industrial cultural structure.
We also own a living lab - Play Design Hotel, a small inhabitable showroom for evaluating various design ideas by inviting real users to stay for a night to try things out. We motivate every design ideas to grow into business or enterprise prototypes that will eventually flourish and advance the industry and the society, and hopefully shape a better culture.
