Ray Products has been custom manufacturing plastics for more than 65 years. We work with design firms and manufacturers to create heavy-gauge custom plastic parts & enclosures at our state-of-the-art 48,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Ontario, California.

Our large part thermoforming capabilities redefine what’s possible. With the ability to thermoform a full 10-feet by 18-feet, with up to 40” of depth, Ray Products really can offer more.

When it comes to trimming thermoformed plastics, robots really do it better. That’s why Ray Products has invested in some of the most advanced fully robotic trimmers available.
Painting, Finishing, Assembly & Logistics
We’re not big fans of leaving a job half done. That’s why we’ve built the Ray Products factory to do more than just thermoforming. Whether your project needs painting, EMI/RFI shielding, finishing or assembly, Ray Products can handle the entire process and ship you fully completed parts.
