Although our cities are surrounded by water, many of us hardly notice it in our daily lives. Light Reeds create a connection to the water, the original lifeblood of our cities. They are a series of luminescent rods attached to an urban waterfront, likely an elevated walkway or pier. The reeds flow and sway with the flow of the water and the tides, creating a visual connection to the water’s movement.
