For TNT mail FLEX/the INNOVATIONLAB used its Design Thinking skills to develop a new system to sort, transport, distribute and handle mail more effectively. A wide range of aids were developed to help the mailman at the sorting machines, doing small volumes of hand sorting, internal transportation and delivering.
