Penwork Design is an interior design studio focusing on relooking at- and renovating older homes to meet the lifestyle needs of modern families. Energy efficient upgrades and the selection of green building materials and finishes are an integral part of our preferred process. The education of building contractors with regards sustainable building practices is an ongoing goal for us.
Our core belief is designers have an urgent responsibility to nurture and enable changes that will result in truly sustainable building and living practices... we need to change the way homes are built, not only for the planet, but to provide a better quality of life for those who live in the spaces we create. Green materials and finishes should not be luxury items, they should be the norm.
