Our mission is to create meaningful, enduring works that blur the line between functional design and high Art. Constantly seeking out new innovative ways to reinvent building processes, from the way we imagine space and enclosure, to the materials selected.
IN.SEK DESIGN is an Industrial Design/Build company that specializes in creating a unique fusion of Sculpture, Art, Architecture, and Furniture. We call this "Sculpiture." In essence, Sculpiture is Art that the human body can interact with and respond to in a 1:1 scale. It can range from small home products all the way to large installations and inhabitable structures. In addition to our own designs and products, we also work with a wide array of clients to design and build custom furniture, installations, home furnishings, and interior spaces. With a background in Architecture we are fully able to handle projects both large and small from concept design all the way to construction and finishing details. We work with a wide range of materials from custom blend concrete to wood to metals and resins, and look forward to working with new innovative materials as they become available. Our studio and shop space is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
