Our broad experience in healthcare instrumentation and focus on the user attracted C.R. Bard’s urological division to Big Bang. Utilizing our knowledge of ergonomics, we developed the innovative SourceLink™ Loader, which enables the real-time creation of therapeutic strands for prostate cancer treatment. This solution garnered an Atheneaum’s Good Design Award and a Gold-Level Medical Design Excellence Award, for its reduction in strand creation time and operator fatigue. Additionally, we improved upon the handle configuration of the Align™ and Adjust™ Urethral Support System, which increased its precision and comfort by accommodating to the various hand positions of the physician.
